I met and know both Scott and Ernie....they are incredibly sweet and their walk with God is true. Who is the cuter of the two? I'm not going to even go down that road, but my husband is certainly tall like Ernie and of the same build and sense of humor. I could have packed Scott in the trunk of my car and took him home the first time I met him....they wouldn't let me do that! LOL

Keep in mind that all these are only opinions....who is greater? None. They are all equal in the eyes of God. Let's stop focusing on who is the better singer and look at what they are singing! You miss the message of the song completely when you focus on their personal weaknesses or strengths. Each have their own unique style-- Who they sing about is what matters here!

Not a huge fan of Ernie myself- but I don't think he's overrated. If you want SEVERELY OVER RATED, look at David Phelps! For Bill Gaither to state that he was the best, floors me. Larnelle Harris bets David phelps easily and hands down

Scott is one of the best singers in Southern Gospel music today!!!!!! He learned from the absolute best!!! He is one of only two Baritone/ Leadsingers in southern gospel music to win favorite baritone and favorite leadsinger in their career... The only other one is the man he learned his trade from, the legend Glen Payne!!!!

I can't believe I'm actually getting to see this video! IT'S AWESOME!!! I love footage from the early years of my favorite artists! Scott Fowler is my favorite lead ever!! Oh by the way, this wasn't from a video right? I wish I could get my hands on some of the old Cathedrals videos, but you don't really see them anymore:( Thanks for posting this!!!!!
