For the album "Catch Bull at Four", the guitarist Jeremy Taylor assisted in translating (!) "O' Caritas" into Latin. No one asserts the text to be correct classical Latin. It is not, it is corrupt. You are right with "lumen", this is a typing mistake on my side. Otherwise, everything is as in the album booklet. And as a lover of Latin you certainly know that you can use "exti-" and "exsti-" promiscue from very early times on...quicumque didicerit linguam Latinam, vita plus atque melius fruetur.
