Could I ask a question? I am a beginner in our handbell choir. If a person is responsible for 3 or 4 bells during multiple songs, do you re-arrange the bells before each tune, so as the first bell you ring is in your dominant hand. Or do you just place the 4 bells in order of pitch and play them as needed.?

The bells are really, nice to hear. They seem to be from a place and time that was much simpler then now, the sound of the bells and there music seem to be a golden reminder, that we are all of Gods children. And how wonderful that is ,we should never forget that. Merry Christmas everyone, or Happy holidays, may we all have peace in the new year to come.

it looks so awesome! my computer is not working. i hope i can get my speakers repaired soon but right now i cant hear the beautiful music . Thank you for the beautiful visions of wintertime snowscapes, birdies, trees, church buildings, choirs and such. such an inspiration! Very nice! Does anyone know where to get the Carol of the bells with just bells? Seems everyone records it with piano, voice, or Orchestra. Never just bells.

WOW they did an amazing job. The hand bell choir that I am in, our uniforms are exactly the same (white tops and black bottoms) but we wear white gloves instead of black ones. I think black gloves are a lot better because it makes it easier for people in the audience to see your hand movements and the bells as well. I need to suggest switching to black gloves to my director :-).....But yeah The Handbell Choir of First Baptist Church did an awesome rendition of Carol of the Bells here. We will be playing this song for Christmas as well. It is a beautiful holiday song and I can't wait to play it during our concert :-).
