Problem is, this girl would know nothing about the true meaning of this song. It's almost rude to sing it. Nina Simone would NOT have been impressed & I'd bet my last dime on that. She can sing, but this ain't "her" song. It's been practiced THE HELL out of, till it's merely a run of vocal and facial gymnastics. She mimics feeling & soul but it ain't there - not the way this song deserves it. Like someone else said, the SONG is what's excellent: too excellent for most to touch :p HAIL NINA! <3 (Did you hear that grating sound at the end? It was Nina turning in her grave...)
