Oh man... this really isn't the best metaphor that SCC could have used... Cortez slaughtered and enslaved thousands of innocent civilians, including women and children. I get that a positive message is intended, but try playing this for some Mexican Christians and watch their reaction... =(

He did not burn them! thats a myth! ask any history professor. well idk how old you are actually but yeah. cortez was an arrogant man who illegally conquered mexico. this song is symbolizing the indians as "the devil" and cortez is like this saint and was this hero. it is ridiculous. and nooo he did not BURN the ships that is a myth that part of the song is historically inaccurate.
