We'll See is a 'Previously Unreleased' Buffalo Springfield song which was later released on the Buffalo Springfield Box Set in 2001.

There is also a Demo version which is far slower.

Note how Neil quotes his own Solo from Mr. Soul at approx 1:46.. and ya know, Bruce Palmer didn't really get the props he deserved.. one hell of a great bass player.. his playing helps push the tune along.. and he & Dewey formed a KILLin' rhythm section!!

I have a bootleg with the slower version - I like both versions oddly enough ...

The Springfields record company ATCO should have been released this as a single. This kicks some serious ass especially during the middle guitar break when Neil absolutely goes for it with his now signature guitar riffs. Although i didn't come of age during the late 60's (i first heard them about 10 years after they broke up) they were definitely much more than "For What It's Worth" and were better than CSN (Y) who imho was a watered version of Buffalo Springfield.

Great song! Heard it first on the STAMPEDE bootleg, and am glad a far superior mix came out on the boxed set. Neil plays quite the scorching lead here, and the harmonies are great as well. Thanks for posting this rarity from a hugely talented but short-lived group!

Shows how much is laying around in the can or some warehouse in Bufu, never to grace anybody's ears.
