@PaulSamsonArchive Interesting! So when did Sanctuary buy the rights to this material and what did it include - the first 3 albums and the 'Losing My Grip' EP stuff? Was this back in '82 right after Bruce joined? Also, when Bruce re-issued the debut, 'Head On', 'Shock Tactics', and 'Live At Reading' on Air Raid, was that merely Sanctuary slapping the Air Raid label on the CDs as sort of a vanity/marketing move?

@SabuPtolemy Bruce never bought the rights to the Samson material. Samson's management company owned the material, along with anything that any of them wrote during the next year. Maidens management company bought the debt from the Samson management company so that Bruce could write with Maiden without having to give the money away.

@bathoryfan95 This song as well as 'Losing My Grip' was the very last stuff Bruce recorded with Samson in '81 before joining Maiden. Samson went on to re-record both songs with their new vocalist Nicky Moore and put them out as a 7" single and 12" EP (w/ 2 more re-recordings from the pre-Bruce era). The Bruce versions remained unreleased for years until Bruce bought the rights to the old Samson stuff and re-issued the albums w/ bonus tracks on his Air Raid label.
