I must take issue with " Wendy" : As Mike Love used to say when intro'ing the song : " It's a fast song with slow words " --& it is ANYTHING but " upbeat", indeed, it 's a heartbreaker. I used to think that the Lyric was " You're so bad " , & it was only a few years ago, I learned they are " Hurts so bad ". For the song, I like my lyrics better, because Mike / Brian ARE singing to " Wendy" , asking her " what went wrong ? " " Wendy" should have been a true single release. Wolfsky9
