BS &T were a great band, I love them to bits (especially the 'New Blood', 'No Sweat' era) but David Clayton-Thomas's vocals I have always found hard to take completely seriously. Congrats to BS &T on their success with the song but, as stated above,the song belongs to Brenda Holloway. Beryy Gordy has much to answer for - good and bad. Now let the hate mail pour in.
