If you urban dictionary search the name "Scene Kids" This crowd should be the picture as an example. No one knows what to do but look around and look pretty for the camera. I demand an extensive "True metal fan" questionnaire before allowing people to purchase tickets to this event to filter Scene kids out. But yeah honestly i wish i knew the exact reason people were standing around but that's my assumption thus far.
