His recording technique is really strange. It's as if he's made it clip on purpose, but I know it's infact just that my desktop speakers can't handle the sound. I guess "The Wild Trapeze" shows not only the lyrical nature, but also the nature of the sound itself. Large, incontainable, untamable. At least, my speakers seem to think so :P

@ everyone....this is not Incubus, this is a song from Brandon Boyd's solo album; that is why this doesn't sound like them...it's not. They are talking about a new album though, so keep your fingers crossed.

@yodog8189 dude, youre completely right, since they lost dirk, theyre underlying funk has since dissapeared! but i wouldnt say they lost it alllll together, mikey still has his signature sound. like in punchdrunk or neither of us can see (new version). but yeah, kil doesnt scratch anymore, bens groove instead of funky, brandons lyrics have gotten more and more conservative, jose is still a player on the drums, haha.
