Annabella and crew were sadly at the end of their run by the time I was able to see them in concert(They seemed bored and tired opening for The English Beat at Berkeley, CA's Greek Theater, 1984). But glad she's back and touring again these days.

Sexy woman with a Mohawk! MkMoore, for rambling, you are right on the spot. Female artists should fire all the backup dancers...they distract from the show. Male artist need 30 more female backup dancers, especially Robin Thicke, lol

Bought her "Going Gets Tough" album at age 16 in 1983. I loved the album cover and all the music inside. My high school was really into new wave and British bands like Bow Wow Wow. Thanks for letting my share, Franklin. Phoenix, Arizona rocked in the early 1980s.

Dave Barbe was/is a genius on drums and a nice respectable chap which why he got the job asking my Misses, Petal Gooding's dad if she could be the singer in the embryonic band,he said NO! & the rest is sort of history. I believe "My cassette Pet" was a pun on her name,as C30,C60,C90 Go! was the only song they had together. Oh well...the funny thing is her aunt Daisey Voisin was a Huge star in Trinidad-the President attended her funeral,etc, but that was her (dead) mum's side of the family.
