The first versión was the Tina Turner as B Side of Tipical Male single on 1986. Warren was disapoint about the treat record label (Capitol) gave to the song. Later in 1988 was sent to Bonnie for record it, but Sony Music dont promote the álbum Hide Your Heart

I don't know about those other songs, but this song was originally done by Tina Turner, so Bonnie Tyler's is a cover, as is Ace of Base. Tina did first Dont Turn Around, after that Diane Warren showed be disappointed that record company treated this song as B-side of Typical Male single in 1986, was ceded to Bonnie for suggestion of Desmond Child in 1988, then she met Diane Warren when recorded with Cher the song Perfection, but Sony Aka CBS don´t promote the album Hide Your Heart from Bonnie Tyler where was included Dont Turn Around

=( i can find the version i recognize, i know ace of base did this song really well when i was a kid but i was more into country and i recognized the lyrics from another song but all these sound a bit like old ladies who smoked too much
