Awesome band in concert. I saw them in Victoria BC a few years ago and enjoyed it big time. In fact, Booker T (yep, him of "Green Onions") was the lead performer. It was a great evening & I realized we're lucky to have this talent in our country. I'm glad they stayed here and didn't go to the US.

What you said makes no sense. Youre talking about 2 entirely different styles of music. Would Merle Haggard play a cover of ACDC just because he is playing before a huge crowd? No! ACDC is a talented band who use tube amps and they have a great guitar tone, even if some of their songs tend to sound the same. However, its difficult to compare 2 totally different genres of music. Many Blue Rodeo fans wouldve been angry if they had not performed this hit single at this huge concert.
