I disagree somewhat.. Most of those girls have little/no VOCAL talent but get by on image/catchy songs, i mean look at Cassie, Ciara, Ashanti, Rihanna etc. and since male record execs own the labels, you see a flood of these girls on your TV screen, but put them on a live stage with no editing, and they fail to impress...AS USUAL. It's all about marketing, if Blu gets a good manager that knows the industry and can hook her up with some BIG producers/writers/promoters, she'd be huge trust me.

It's because there are TOO MANY female R&B singers in the market! Everyone has ODed (both visually and audibly) on them! Thank god for John Legend :-) Anyway, Blu Cantrell got "punked" on her last album. Her (and Janet Jackson) need to call up Andre 3000, and apologize profusely for not calling him earlier!
