Bloods & Crips was a collaboration between members of the Bloods & Crips, they were signed to.

The Bloods & Crips project was organized by producer Ronnie Phillips and rapper Tweedy Bird Loc. Actual gang members from both sides auditioned for the group and the best ones were chosen for the album. In 1993 the Bloods & Crips released their debut album entitled Bangin' on Wax for Warlock Records. One year later, the groups second and final studio album, Bangin' on Wax 2... The Saga Continues was released. After Bangin' on Wax 2, the Bloods & Crips parted ways, with the Bloods becoming the Damu Ridas and the Crips became the Nationwide Rip Ridaz.

The idea behind the albums was to get the gang members to bang (slang for fight) on wax (i.e., record) and not in the streets. Each record consisted of a "B" side and a "C" side. The B side consisted of bloods and the C side consisted of Crips. The song "Bangin On Wax" was the only song where the Bloods & Crips rapped together in the original album. Most of the songs were written and recorded in the same studio session.

Bohemia Afterdark launched on TVs in 1982 and operated in Phoenix, AZ, but early history is unknown until 1990 when they moved to Portland, Oregon. In 1992 they began airing on KPDX Portland and then they move to KWBP in 1994. In 1995 they began airing on 22 Network One affiliates. In 1997 Network One shut down and the service moved to KOIN and in 2001, the service moved back to Phoenix, airing on KASW, then in 2002, moved to KPHO-TV. In 2003 they got their own station, KPHE-LP, at the time broadcasting on channel 19 in Mesa, Arizona, and changed their name to Bohemia Visual Music. KPHE moved to channel 44 in Phoenix in 2005.[2] Bohemia Visual Music changed their name to 24-7 Videos for a few months from mid-2005 to early-2006, then reverted to Bohemia Visual Music.
