-After the second chorus (02:55 in the AV and 02:39 in the VV): totally different melody, the solos are not even near to hitting the same keys -At the same moment: the mixing is not the same, the guitar is at the front row in the AV but not in the VV -the AV is 04:10 long and the VV is 03:34 long. So: changing vocals, changing durations, changing melodies. And you are still saying they are not different?

Different: Unlike in form, quality, amount, or nature. Well, how about that: -in the album version, the vocals start at 00:15, while in the video version they start at 00:08 -from the start and throughout the song, Brendan's voice is much more rasping in the VV than in the AV -"I live through the wreckage": totally different set of keys in the vocals from one version to the other -first chorus: the VV uses echoing effects on the vocals, not the AV (no more space, going on in next comment)

Do me a favour, play both songs simultaneously, ok? Different version means DIFFERENT (use a dictionary to understand what this word means) version and not a tiny difference. If a singer takes a few notes in a different way, the song is not labelled as different version.
