"Desert Skies" is the first single from Black Belt's upcoming third album "Three Man Army".

It’s been 8 years since hard hitting powerhouse Black Belt went on an indefinite hiatus to persue life offstage. Some would call it a well deserved vacation, others might just consider it a pretty ill informed business decision given how things have evolved in the rock industry lately.  No matter how you see it, the absence from the public eye has given the band a chance to recharge and perfect a sound that combines the soulfulness of 60’s bluesrock with the razorsharp edges of early 80’s heavy metal – a stoned priest if you like. While still truthful to their melodic chorusdriven roots, Black Belt has found a greater cause which simply needs louder amplification.  One to show all the doubters that Elvis never left the building, he just went for a leak.
