@unvorsum basically a person/individual voicing what most avoid aka the depressive part & the black metal is self explanitory. The only other difference is if the depressive black metal group is associated with satanic beliefs; other than that it's a personal life story to it' deepest and darkest/furthest reaches. If groups could more easily afford other devices to create mannny other sounds; then that would be expected.

@ghrankenstein habitualized It's always more with Depressive Black Metal; they express both the Obvious Difficulty's in General it is no challenge nor conflict to know what pain, issues & more is. Their Light At The End of Tunnel is all about their own Salvation aka Being Heard, documenting their lives in their lyrics/vary's in the %'s, express the obscenity around & there is always the welcoming for Evolution.
This is the Average Osculational Process of Depressive Black Metal.

Wow. I have to apologize for not finding this sooner, and for the fact that there are so few comments. If I could make this worth 1000, I would. This has heaviness that a lot of depressive metal lacks, the dull roar invoking the habitualized pain of death, loss, and anger that is supressed but omnipresent. The vocals are kind of in the background, but in the context they work.
