I found the arrangement part so sad and not inspired, better if she had used Aebersold comping! She is surprising though

If music were like a human being and had feelings and thoughs... Music would hate Bjork so much that it would fall in love with Bjork. Bjork confuses Music, she takes music away from its "Comfort zone". -- sorry, this is weird...

@psychotriaboy if you think this cover is one of her finest works... you really should listen to Debut, Medulla, Post etc

@STANKAZZ Well, this is from a performance by Björk Guðmundsdóttir & Tríó Guðmundar. This song it's been taken from the soundboard master- you know, the sound equipment-. You can find the complete album on Internet (but if you can't, send me a message ;D)

Indeed, I should have specified that it was one of the first Bjork recordings I'd heard. I have Julie London's 1955 version on LP. An amazing song sung by amazing women. :-)

@psychotriaboy it's not a Bjork song, it's a jazz standard :)

This, oddly enough, was the second Bjork song I'd ever heard. I also think it's her best. Simply incredible talent!
