LOL.You think he was loud then??Then my god I wish you'd had the privilege to have seen his 72 Sydney Town Hall Concert. It's similar to the Melbourne recorded town Hall session. Imagine the backing of a proper full pipe organ it was simply amazing.The same year I saw the Stones@Randwick Racecourse &although still 14 but older now I can recall slightly more of the stones conscioucly.Thorpie by far outdid them in terms of a lasting influence on my persona,styles of music I gravitated to etc R.I.P
