Ohhhh! my heavenly Father. This is the bestest. Thank you sooo! much for posting this Great video. Miss Billie Holiday. Talk about trail blazer........... Does any one have the lyrics to farewell to storyville song. If so can you please share with me. I've had some hard times with my health. So blue..... I was always in so much pain ,all the time. (copper tone) working 10 hours a day, 6 day's a week.... manutory in the plant. My hands, and arms are shot, no good any more.... hands cut open three times, and still does not help, made it even worst....... I've seen so many doctors, none could help me, just kept giving me pills. Which caused me to have greater problems. Then Christ, through prayer, asking once again for his help. Lead me to jazz music, it was the old classic jazz music, that gave me peace. It made me forget about the pain I was in. I didn't just fine peace, I found a new kind of love. I've been studying Miss.Holiday's music for two years now, I know almost all of her songs, but storyville, I was just blessed, to find. Because of this blessing of finding jazz music, maybe I have a chance, once again to take care of myself , as a real jazz singer, and not depend on anyone else to take care of me..... What a delight..........many blessings through Christ to you, and your family.....again thank you so much for this Great video posting...... p.s took me almost an hour or so just to type this......Thanks again.

I wish New Orleans would tear down the Municipal Auditorium and rebuild Storyville exactly as it was before the US Government forced them to tear it down prior to WWI. It is truly the birthplace of many American art forms and would be a huge tourist draw, especially if they legalized prostitution and marijuana like it was when it was open as a Red Light District.
