Sheila Francl: you have an excellent ear or else are as much a hard core fan as I! Indeed, part of her musical genius was to make every song she sang a "snowflake" never identical to the way she sang it before. Speaks to how deeply she integrated her current situation/mood with the song and felt it. She saved my life as a suicidal 13 y.o., and at 58, I still bless her nearly every day. I still believe that nobody has topped her in voice quality,expression, phrasing, timing, sheer musicality.
