I think that's it's good that many people came here because of Fallout 3, it shows that the modern youth DO have good taste in music, they just lack exposure to it. It shows that even though the music is getting old, it's not obsolete, and that in our modern world, we can incorporate old things.On a lot of these older song videos, you see little kids, around 12-18 go on about how they recken they are special, how they think they're cool for not liking what their generation is forced to like, they are not special or cool, they just like a certain genre of music. But that's not a bad thing, to not be special for liking something old, because not all old stuff is cool or good, but it shows that they are not close minded to old music, which, despite what you think, is not rare for the youth, it is just not heard of, older songs are not played on the radio, but that's the radio, that's not real.In the end all music seems to be about the same things, love, break ups, sadness, happiness and in general, life. The exact meaning might differ, as new events occur, but they are in essence all the same in meaning. The quality is not better or worse with older songs, just different techniques. Older songs used acoustic, because that's what they had, newer songs use electric, because that's what we have now.The difference between listening to the songs on the radio and listening to the songs that were on your dad's vinyl is simply how you found them. I personally, love older music better than newer music*, not because it's better, but because I like that kind of sound.*Most of the time, but not all the time
