the way the guys tone of voice is reminds me of some early smashing pumpkins songs like plume. but these guys are onto something big. just havent quite made it past underground yet but there real good.

@Nagsworth oh yea WWCOHWWG is one of the best debut albums ever plus its on brown vinyl absolute beaut, just a shame about the split and all, i like clues and islands stuff but they dont have the same edge as the unicorns though. i know its highly unlikely because of the hate between nick and alden but it would be amazing if they got back together for just one more album

@sorteper82 big time. i was a huge pumpkins fan in the past and this is like classic corgan vocals without the edge. really cool. the vocals are so nostalgic to me even though i'm listening for the first time. it's sorta like "Today" in a way. so far from the few songs i've heard by this band they seem pretty damn good and i'll definitely be keeping an eye on them.
