Sakuraba did a fantastic job with this game's music. Unfortunately, in my opinion, this game lacked in many areas. And there was a female NPC who annoyed the crap out of me with her voice over... but I mean it was downright disturbing! I forgot what her name was. Oh well.

this is a very awesome tune! and its played in weird tuning to so if you try to play it in regular tuning it wont sound the same! but square enix has some extremely talented musicians behind them for all their RPGS! and this game is definitely up there in the excellent VG music department!
