@staybesideyou Yea... The music/lyrics of Bayside unlike The Beatles, can be meaningful in any era time. Sadly is impossible to compare bands with each other... Anthony makes a good combination of "feeling" and lyrical meaning, most of times using metaphors and double meanings... and as a plus awesome musical companionship.

@gophersnake13343 The beatles? really? The beatles were a huge sensation back in the day, why? because they wrote songs that people WANTED to hear. They sing about conflicts that not other bands would dare to bring out... that is why The Beatles were a great sensational hit. Personally I think Bayside is greater than Jesus and John Lennon. Bayside talks, in their songs, about common conflicts related with life and love in such an original way, that something so common becomes so extraordinary.

@gophersnake13343 the difference is that the bands you mentioned were known all over the world why bayside's success refers to a smaller group of admirers. i do think that there's more intensity in bayside's lyrics but beside that fact, you shouldn't compare them anyway. they lived in another time with other people and other kinds of music this is why i honour them as amazing bands but still think bayside - in our time - is the best you can find around here concerning talent and abilities..

I wouldn't say that, they are good, but I mean come on. Think about what you are saying. There are plenty of bands that are WAY more creative, and more talented. Ever hear of this little thing called the Beatles, Led Zepplin, albeit those are examples from way back when but they win in that competition there bro. I'd still only put them in the lower of top ten of the past 20 years.
