The only reason the Russians won is because of numbers.... All they and the Americans really did was run and gun, because they had so many people to spare, while Germans were conducting complex espionage missions, even using hand-gliders to avoid radar, and landing on rooftops to gather intel. They were defending major points of interest and fighting the Americans, as they say, 10:1. The Germans were horrifying and had they even a quarter of the enemy's infantry, they'd all be fucked now.
