First came Britney Spears, and after her American Idol and Miley Cyrus and all the other Disney-fied girlie pop stars, combined with the emerging bro/douchbag culture popularized by the Man Show and Tucker Max, and you have a 1 2 punch basically--first girls were taught to be harmless sexually available pieces of fluff and at the same time boys were taught to be assholes, and now they wonder why we have a problem with cyber bullying and teenage suicides.
