Avril was amazing, perfect vocals, shame that the music was playback, i hate those places that demand that.

Well, of course some parts have to be playbacked. She probably prefers not having backup dancers and singers on stage (in my opinion they look rather stupid). You can also see that the guitars are plugged into amps so at least they're not playback. Also, she might not be able to afford or fit some violinists on stage so she just has it as a playback.

I notice some live versions start off soft and don't get loud with multiple instruments 'til the very end, while others go loud with multiple instruments all the way through. This is the first time I've heard the latter of the two live versions.
