Every time we have a concert, religious music is the last group of songs to be sung because Mozart's Ave Verum is always included as part of the repertoire. Fighting back tears, we have to sing it pianissimo in order to maintain the melodic line. We all know that this song transcends denominational borders in Christianity because Catholics and non-Catholics sing this piece.

Seriously? Mozart composed this himself and only by himself. Even religious people should understand this. I myself am an atheist although I have been to a religious school. And from what I remember from the bible God gave us free will for us to decide what to do with it. He won't hold our hands however much he would like it because he knows what is best, and what is best is to leave the humans to achieve things by themselves, and by themselves alone.
