This is music that's actually saying something. The creativity, the sequences, rhythms, syncopation's, etc. This is complex rhythmic art.Compare this electronic music to all the copycat EDM "artists" that insist on releasing the same old songs that all sound the same. One person makes a hit, and for the next 24 months (or longer) there will be release after release that are imitation carbon copies. It's sickening. I totally understand that Autechre might not be as accessible as other music or it might not be your cup of tea. But can you at least appreciate the amount of thought, planning, creativity, and complexity it took to create these pieces of music?

It's definitely not easily accessible, but eventually you see it like instead of melody and traditionally musical elements, the beats ARE the music. All these jarring sounds have a unifying element to them and create a feeling.
