My question is, who comes to an Atmosphere song, argues and judges about which is worse for you, what the song is about and if you do or do not smoke pot? Just cause it was written about cigarettes doesn't mean that everyone is going to see it that way. Music...sorry, real music like thus is art and art is about interpretation, right? Right. So just because not everyone interprets the song the same, doesnt make anyone wrong. Plus Atmosphere is about peace and love amongst family and everyone else. LOVE LIFE!! Actually that's quite wrong. The components(unknown exactly which ones) in marijuana have been clinically linked to loss of initiative as well as antisocial behavior and poor short term memory; to name a few. Now that's not to say in small amounts it's all that harmful, personally I consider it far safer than alcohol even when smoked. Try drinking every day for a year, goodbye liver. Do that with weed and the most noticeable thing will be the pudge.

Actually Roberto is correct, you should do your research... any burning plant material has carcinogens which may cause cancer. The reason people never get cancer from Marijuana, is because: A) People don't chain smoke marijuana the way people smoke cigarettes. Unless you Snoop Dogg B) Marijuana is actually used in the treatment of cancer. IT has medical properties in it which help unhealthy cells destroy themselves before they become cancerous.

IF you use a vaporizer or eat edibles, weed has no harmful properties... Other than maybe grogginess, and anxiety in some cases. In fact weed has been used in a NUMBER of treatment approaches to Cancer, Lou Garrison disease, and pain killers. Weed is a medicine, not drug...
