@seigneurfolken Metal isn't that simple, dude. There are alot of metal drumming that is ridiculously standard with no dynamics or even hi-hat work, but there are ALOT of metal drummers who love Jazz drumming, which is drumming in its most complex form. Try not to group an enormous genre of music as having "The same drum line". Although you are partially right, there ae ALWAYS exceptions.

wow all these top muscians on youtube giving this guy pointers. . . . plz hush up with the pointers. his playing sounds fine and to the untrained ear all they heard was perfection. just say good job and effort and keep moving dont try and give lessons about whole notes quater half notes etc notes crescendos and treble cliffs and all that crap. the song not hard he put up a video watch it and keep going. some of these master music teachers here should put up a video so we can see them play.
