‪#‎Kundengespräch‬In München wähle ich eine Nummer, ich will eine Kundin sprechen. Wir kennen uns nicht. Eine Empfangsdame nimmt ab. Ich formuliere den Namen meiner Zielgesprächspartnerin und werde durchgestellt. Warteschlaufe. Was ich höre, fickt ernsthaft mein Ohr, mein Hirn, im positiven Sinne meine Gemütslage (durchschnittlich ohnehin weit vorn). So gut klingt es sonst nur zuhause! Und das ist Bayern. Derzeit.Hastig schalte ich die Lautsprechanlage meines Telefons an und will "shazamen", wie sonst stetig bei den Netflix-Serien auch, um den Song zu erkennen, ihn zu kaufen, ihn zu haben, zu besitzen. Es gibt viele Gründe sich zu wünschen das keiner abnimmt, wenn man jemanden anruft. Das Leben ist manchmal suspekt. Da nimmt Frau K. ab.Ich vergesse meinen Namen, mich und die Etikette, mein Mund spricht ohne Gehirn "Verdammt, Sie sind zu früh!" Stille am anderen Ende. Ich füge hinzu "... jetzt haben Sie die Musik unterbrochen, was war d a s?"Einen besseren Gesprächseinstieg hatte ich bisher kaum. Eine bessere Warteschlaufenmusik noch nie zuvor an der Ohrmuschel. Lachen hier, lachen dort, zudem lautstarkes Grübeln in der Ferne – sie weiß noch immer nicht wer ich bin –, "Übrigens, Holtz hier, Firma ‪#‎newsaktuell‬."Frau K., sie ist Dienstälteste der Agentur, plötzlich ganz gestresst mit schuldiger Stimme: "... oh je, ich wusste mal was das für eine Musik ist, warten Sie, ... ach ich weiß es nicht, ich sende Ihnen einen Link zum YouTube-Video. Ich kriege das raus." Ich entspanne.Ein Super-Gespräch folgt. Von wegen die Bayern, das konservative München, Dirndl und Weißwurst und das was der Norden so mutmaßt ... kein Geschmack und erst recht keine Coolness ... hört diese Musik! Diese Agentur kann so schlecht nicht sein.Frau K. hat mir den YouTube-Link inzwischen gesendet.
