At some point after the Millennium everything seemed to get very dark. I know I'm probably remembering the 90s through slightly rose-tinted glasses as everyone does with the decade in which they grew up, but everything felt much more positive and everyone seemed optimistic (at least here in the UK), you can see it in the 1997 New Labour campaign videos. Then everything just seemed to go to shit a year or so into the 2000s; now everyone seems to be involved in some kind of competition to be the most oppressed/most offended, there's no upbeat political movement like there was at the end of the 90s and no one seems to want to have a laugh any more. That's what 90s Aqua exemplified to me - the daft fun -- now all we're left with is cynicism. Good song though, I just find the change depressing.

I love this song. Indeed Aqua binned the Euro-house sound of the old times, and now uses very strong serious lyrics. I like this song. First time ever i see this. I tought Aqua was disbanded long time ago. Good to see, they are back.
