No my dear, they are money notes. Opera Comlanies expect this and yes certainly from someone like Netrebko. Besides this, stylistically it is expected to finish on the high note. I suggest you do a little research about history and the interpretation of this Aria by Donizetti. Please don't write snappy retorts without knowledge. I am also of the opinion that in some cases top notes are entirely unnecessary and not what the composer intended.
