besides, all cool rock bands have fights and sibling-type insanity going on, high-hat stands cracking skulls or cousins throwing out founding members...Kinks, Beach Boys, etc. so this should make us "legit," right? unlike some lovey-dovey fake love-your-brother band spouting "we all luvv each other, it's like a band of touring brothers"type crap or something. rock bands by definition are fucked up (unlike sports teams, who have a COACH/field manager) constructs, so just consider the source

"turner"? r u kidding?: he's the dude who has told endless lies/libel about all other members of the band nonstop since vanishing around 1993 or so, a full twenty years of word vomit any day now. we're talking various types of biZARRE completely made-up stories (about the other band members) (in published zine/magazine interviews i mean) that even the National Enquirer would never in a million years print about an actual celebrity ( = read = people with libel-law attorneys) .
