Oh how I wish all this would come back. This crap and boom boom in the middle of songs DJ's play that aren't even part of the beat, make me crazy..I walk out. I leave the past in my heart and my ears on here. Thanks for posting good memories. These kids today have no clue what music is and a real band or a real beat.

Other people have tried to do this song and all we got out of it was a average song, the vogues for example. The lead singer of the Angels did such a superior job. She set the bar many years ago like over 50 years and during all of this time her song still by far remains the best.

I've heard 3 people sing this song, The lead singer of The Vogues, ME, and The Angels. And what I'am convinced of, if you (as a pop group want to incorporate this song as part of of what you do to put bread and butter on the table) MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GREAT LEAD SINGER., I mean a very super voice, not just a average voice. Of those first three lead singers that I mentioned, ME, The VOUGES and THE ANGELS. Only one was one in a million. And of course that was the lead singer of The Angels. The Vogues and myself put me to sleep. It's just a rare song that requires a super singer for this particular song. OTHERWISE THE SONG WILL STANK. Anything less then that special VOICE makes what could be a one in a million song sound mundane.

I guess you don't always get the next song. Cry baby Cry by The Angels was after TILL, the first time, a great song I heard for the first time. And Thank you and good night. by The Angels. This time something else was after TILL. Anyways you can always hear those two songs by putting them into YOU TUBE's Search engine. Especially Thank you and good night. If you liked TILL, you would probably love Thank you and Goodnight. I say especially only because I have known it for over 50 years, but Cry Baby Cry sounded pretty good too. Defiently better then my boy friends back.

These Angels rate right up there with the Ronnetes and The Crystals and the Shirlles as a female group BETTER then The Supremes. They are approiately named The Angels, "Thank You and good night", and others too, but their version of TILL is so superior to my version on my acoustic guitar that maybe I shouldn't sing it anymore, my voice can't sound like The Angels can. Plus The Vogues did this song, but it is so inferior it took me 40 years to realize that they were doing the same song THE ANGELS did, and did it better (The Angels) then anyone can do.

This is a wonderful song that I still love. Unfortunately the title should actually be 'TIL, which is a contraction for "UNTIL". The word "TILL" is only about tilling the fields in order to plant. This is a common error -- especially in song titles!

The best version of "TILL" that I have ever heard. The Vogues did a version after these Angels but it just put me to sleep. The lead singer's voice is much sexier and her expressions too are better. This maybe The Angels best song. I remember a DJ who got off at 6:00 PM when I was a small kid used to play "Thank you and Goodnight" by the Angels, another song where the girls voices sounded so sexy as his sign off song for at least a whole year back in 60 or 61 which I thought was kool. The Angels did many great songs back in the early 1960's. I guess they may be most famous for "My Boy friend's back", but I remember them doing much better then that, plus I hated it when the Cleveland Browns QB Brian Sipe came back, they played "My boyfriends back", I thought it undermined the song. Probably only readers from northern Ohio know what I'm talking about.........I'm sorry. I liked that song until then. For some reason I used to put them in the same category as The Ronnettes and The Crystals. As a 10 year old, I couldn't tell the three groups apart.
