Who are Angels & Airwaves:

Angels & Airwaves is an American rock band led by Blink-182 guitarist/vocalist Tom DeLonge. The supergroup also includes guitarist David Kennedy, notably from Over My Dead Body, Hazen Street and Box Car Racer, drummer

Atom Willard from The Offspring and Rocket from the Crypt, and bassist Matt Wachter from 30 Seconds to Mars, who replaced Ryan Sinn, from The Distillers, in 2007.The group has been described by DeLonge as more than a band but more accurately "an art project [that approaches] larger human themes and tackles them in different mediums", or simply "a multimedia project". This has been seen in the group's films, live events, and novel approach to fan-artist interaction.

We decided to use the museum's Sky Church room that was designed to "immerse their guests in an unparalleled sensory experience." The Sky Church features the world's largest indoor video screen that was the absolute perfect backdrop to show stunning clips from the movie throughout a live performance of the song. Can't beat the fact that it was only one month old and virtually unused before us!

We felt the song ANXIETY was the perfect single to launch the next record as it talks about all the pressure and stress that often comes with doing things differently and taking risks. Angels And Airwaves was derived from the vision to be something different and do things that are bigger than the band itself. Striving to do things bigger and differently often accompanies praise and even more criticism. ANXIETY is something we have learned to transform into fuel for our passion to realize our dreams. The L )VE movie is a perfect example of one of our most ambitious dreams being realized. The L )VE LIVE multi-media experience was something so much bigger than we ever imagined possible and we admit at times it was completely terrifying. Amongst it all, we believe our main goal to inspire and spark conversation was achieved and we're excited to see where the next project will take us."
