This is played when Cooper discovers the photo of the wood cabin with the red carpets in Jacques apartment, while gathering clues from the hints given to him during his dream into the Black Lodge. Great choosing, because it depicts parts of Jacques past as Cooper scoops through the photos attached to the shelf, eventually ending up at the wood cabin.This is one of the most Lynchian parts of Twin Peaks, where Lynch is superb at mixing themes with something relative to a character.
