Andrea Begley was at the power of the public vote for the first time on The Voice tonight, after winning Danny O'Donoghue's fast pass to the semi final last week and avoiding the viewers' decision.

However the coaches have no say on who makes the final this evening, and in a bid to make sure the public choose her over Kark Michael for the last Team Danny place, the Northern Irish singer chose One of Us by Joan Osborne as her solo performance track.

Andrea sounded pretty upbeat and excited before she took to the stage and just minutes before the live shows she tweeted her fans saying:

"Right getting my dress fitted this is it! Show ready -- you guys ready for me! #thevoiceuk"

However she seemed more nervous by the time she started to perform and we felt that she was a little tentative during the first verse. She built the song as it continued and brought an almost classical and magical edge to the quirky tune.

Andrea's fans were out in force on Twitter and loving the cover. One tweeted:

"Andrea's voice is Amazing! Best one so far tonight #voiceuk #TeamDanny @TheScript_Danny"
