Sounds like Heroes for sure, but similarly Bowie borrowed from the Velvet's "chug chug" sound. Solo sounds a bit Neil Young too, come to that, but as a composite piece this is right up there in the HF pantheon for me - music and Renee's superb lyrics combine perfectly
