Every time I'm feeling old, and jealous of youngsters, I think of all the great music that was available for the listening from about 1964 through somewhere around 1987. I hadn't heard this one in about 35 years and decided I wanted to give it another listen. I couldn't imagine that any generation is ever going to have the mind blowing experience of fantastic material coming out them from so many different angles and directions! And this is just one catchy little pop song! Awesome!

I heard this song one morning on my way to work after graduating college. It was snowing, gray and ugly. I turned around went back to my apartment, packed everything up (which wasn't a lot) and took off west. Probably one of the dumbest moves I ever made, because it was very difficult to explain in almost every job interview I had for the next 10 years. Damn, it felt good though. The most free I have ever been in my life. An old man now with a lot of "anchors".
