Sorry about not responding to ya'll Comments, Yes I know Phil he roped at our arena along with several more Jimmy Dougherty and a bunch more good ropers, Mr Charles Poole ya'll had some of the best Guys in Al Dean and ya'll Band. Yes Dee Lewis was the Navy Guy.We use to stop by the Club in Freer a lot of times. Worked over there in '59-'65 and then again in '70's... Ya'll had a very good band liked the Ruffneck Song and all the songs ya'll were hard to beat... Don't get over there as much as I use to., I hope the drilling perks things up, Didn't thing Freer and all the So Texas towns dried up for years. Hope the years have been good for you and take care.. I see down below Mr Coffman posted about Bill Mack night time truckers show remember it very good. He had the deep Voice and was a good Disk Jockey and singer... again ya'll take care...

To me this is the most beautiful waltz ever written. Its the kind of waltz, you want 2 dance 2 on a warm summer night, under the moon light, and a million stars, and you just let all your cares go 4 the night, and dance the night away as the band plays on and on.
