like this song...if you search this song in web absolutely EW&F will appear not airplay :) like Tryin' to get the feeling by Barry Manilow ..song written by David Pomeranz but David P. released his own rendition but wasn't that popular like Barry's version. Some of Randy Goodrum's composed songs including You needed me, broken hearted me who popularized by Anne Murray and Bluer than blue by Michael Johnson ...later on Randy release his rendition of those songs

and a little reminder my friend... songwriter is not the "front" of the song... its the performer and interpreter of the song... :) i know lot of songwriters who wrote great songs but they never own the popularity of the song :)

yeah but music is not for guitarists and songwriters only... we have our own idea, belief and appreciation in music... try to type "after the love has gone" in you tube's search box and find out whos more popular one :) or you can visit the wikipedia and correct the person who post that information regarding after the love is gone song :) and try to think about this information... EWF did this song in 1979 and Airplay released their album "Airplay" including this single in 1980 :)
