Just a quick video to make you aware of the epicness that is D'Addario strings. Their EXP coated acoustic strings are what i've used for a while now...

Cheaper than Elixer but just as good if not better :-)

I bought these and they sounded good but lasted much less than the nanowebs so back to elixir. Price difference is negligible. Maybe for other people they'd be fine but my sweat is very acidic.

My guitar may need a tweak and I change tunings quite a bit which doesn't help...however i've used a couple of other brands which seem to cope with this...i do find that EXPs sound the best and i love the feel of them to

D'Addario and Co.

Do you notice where they snap? They shouldn't break anymore easily than another other string. Keep an eye to see if they break at the Tuner or the Saddle or at the Nut. That could mean you need a little tweak on your guitar

I've always used DR Rares on my acoustic guitars.. they sound really great, I guess I'll try these the next time I need to change my strings

I use these on my acoustic as well. And i have not changed the strings since last fall around October and they sound great. I have at least 45-50 hours of actual play time on them as well. I like these strings a lot. Good sound and feel both.
