They're good. The new album rocks... Bit they're still not the same without Rick. He really made them unique. Their new sound, while good, just sounds like a very well executed standard.

Hello! I'm not attempting to rain on anyone's parade (or fantasy) but Greg Dulli is nothing close to infallible or "god like". Indeed, a great musician, especially with lyric writing, song arrangements, vocalizing emotions believably, song selection, choice of participating musos, cover art, impressive stage performance, and during the last few years: a better person, but ... a "god" or "god like"...NO.
