Adam just performed this song at the Family Equality Fundraiser. He changed it up once again and it was phenomenal. It's difficult to sing this beautiful song but Adam does it best. Even Tears for Fears lead singer said he loves Adam and how he performed the song.

His voice might've been a little shaky at first, but he brought in all that emotion and sang this song beautifully. His studio recording was perfection and he deserved to win.

His voice is so pure and magical that his version of this song brought me to tears like no other artist has. He doesn't need loud instrumentals--his voice and inflection has it all. His gift needs more exposure as what it is. Cuts deep into me. Beautiful. Thank you, Adam Lambert. And, American Idol for putting him on the stage for all of us.
