By the time AC/DC recorded this album, they were tired of the big production and perfect sounds of "Highway To Hell", "Back In Black" and "For Those About To Rock". They wanted a more raw sound, another reason the Young brothers produced "Fly On The Wall" themselves. I personally think the reverb on Brian's vocals sound kinda funny. As WaffleAbuser pointed out, the album makes me want to take a shit standing. LOL!

There are some good songs, but the production is garbage. There's too much reverb on everything, the vocals aren't loud enough, and the whole thing sounds like it was recorded in a huge bathroom. On top of that, Phil Rudd is sorely missing. It's a bad sounding album.

yea, they kinda took a break from the ' album after another" after back in black. This one hit us out of nowhere. I heard 'danger" on an out in the country radio station who didn't know enuff to have play list thankfully. I was like 'this is different!". then a few days latter they played this one 'send for the man!" all the tough guy movies were going on then too. haha it just fit. made ya wanna walk done the street with an axe handle and run the bad guys out of town! good stuff!
